Zee2 offers a range of technical support programs designed to meet a wide variety of customer needs. The following standard support packages are available, however custom support packages are also available on request.
  1. Per-incident support
    Per-incident support is provided to investigate, report and resolve specific technical issues. Normally this involves engaging us to investigate and report back on the likely size and scope of the problem. At this stage the customer can decide whether or not to proceed to resolution. Per-incident support is provide at our standard hourly rate.

  2. Z2Flex Support Package
    This package is intended to provide customers with the peace of mind of having expert help as hand on an ongoing basis. Contracts can be taken on a monthly or annual basis.
